Child Help is dedicated to helping victims of child abuse and neglect. Their approach focuses on prevention, intervention and treatment. The Child Help National Child Abuse Hotline, operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and receives calls from throughout the U. S., Canada, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Child Help's programs and services also include residential treatment; children's advocacy centers; therapeutic foster care; group homes; child abuse prevention, education and training; and the National Day of Hope. For every dollar donated ninety cents goes directly to programs benefiting abused children.
