I cannot help but believe that persistence will pay off in my pursuits. I understand it is the rare exception for someone to believe in your dreams before they have materialized, and after they have come to fruition most will say they believed in you all along. I am thankful for my family and friends that do not necessarily understand what I am doing, yet believe in me as a person.

I have been working on Little Ricky Productions for five years now. What has amazed me during this whole process is the praise and attacks my company has received. Glorious praise has come from people who are excited that someone is finally trying to change what is being produced, and attempting to reach the moral conscience of this nation at the same time. (moral does not mean religion) I have also received seething notes of hatred, or just sheer arrogance. "How can you call yourself a producer when in fact you have never produced anything."

In the past five years my life has been solely dedicated to getting this company off the ground. The emotional highs and lows have been extreme. I currently work seven days a week on three jobs. I am a teacher. I am helping an artist promote her career. And I work on Little Ricky Productions, moving forward on our first film and working on other projects for other producers. (Yes, I have actually produced, just not under my own banner.)

I have finally developed a promotional idea that will fund Little Ricky Productions, allowing us to produce My Brother's Keeper, and keeping us one hundred percent independent. My goal is to launch the promotion in the very near future. My desire to remain independent is to protect the integrity of what is produced. I have been in production meetings with a group of investors in the past and was astonished by what they thought would make good entertainment. I was not surprised by the lack of desire to accept responsibility for failure when their ideas did not work.

I plan to produce quality films that will reach the heart of the viewer. I plan to make the finest quality picture my budget will allow. If I fail, I will take the responsibility and I will know that what I thought was important was only important to me. However, I do not think I am going to fail. I believe that My Brother's Keeper will be well received and hope it will "Make A Difference" in the lives of many.

Part of my promotion is the Make A Difference campaign. Please wish me luck. Look for it in the near future.

I'll see you at the movies.
